If you have an issue with your preorder, please contact us and we’ll work to make it right.

If your book arrives damaged or there’s a problem with fulfillment, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund depending on the situation.

Because fulfillment is handled manually, return and refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Please include your name and the email used at checkout when you reach out.

The book is sold under the TamaCares brand, which is owned by the author, Yared. Purchases are processed securely by Stripe.
